WW1 Irish Veterans Old Contemptibles Association Northern Ireland Enamel & Git Brass Lapel Badge

An original circa 1925 onwards 'Old Contemptibles Association badge Northern Ireland'. In gilded brass and enamel in the form of a cross, each arm inlaid with blue enamel, the centre in green and inscribed "August 4th - November 22nd 1914" The reverse with the maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent Street Birmingham". In very good condition, retaining its original buttonhole fitting, some small scratches to enamel otherwise minimal service wear. Circa 2.3cms tall.
