3GR 3rd Queen Alexandra's Own Gurkha Rifles Blackened Brass Shoulder Title - 2nd Battalion
An early and unusual die struck title with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 3.9cms wide and 1.7cms tall. In good overall condition. Believed to have been worn from 1900 - 1920s by the 2nd Battalion only (see page 46 of publication below).

A brass shoulder title for the 6th (territorial) battalion of The Manchester Regiment with three lug fastenings (north, east and west). Worn circa 1908 - 1921 only.
It is interesting to see the embossed rectangles to the reverse of the title scroll for placement of the lugs.
