Seaforth & Camerons (Highlanders) Gilt Pipe Major's Badge
I have not encountered one in a gilt finish before, usually they are white metal or silver anodised. Also on a non tartan cut out black felt backing. Maker's details embossed to reverse JR Gaunt London. Any information welcome. Two original loops to the reverse. In very good condition.

Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) NCOs / 2nd Battalion Pipers Silver Plated Glengarry Badge
A large heavy and solid cast large Cameronians silver plated Glengarry Cap Badge with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 3 inches / 7.6cm wide. Gaylor confirms the sergeants and 2nd Battalion pipers wore a pattern 3 inches wide as opposed to 2.5 inches / 5.9cm wide as in the case of other ranks. The latter would have been die struck too.

Large two part construction die struck cap badge, frosted silver plated white metal cap badge with two original lugs to the reverse. Circa 6cm in diameter. Some minor wear to finish otherwise in very good condition.
