A brass collar badge, with 4 lugs to the reverse. Some twisting to the pick axe and service wear to the lugs.

A good post WW2 die-stamped bi metal facing pair of other ranks collar badges (very close colour match, but not exact). Both with single square lugs to the reverse. Worn 1953 to circa 1963 only on the stand-up collars of the Nos. 1 and 3 Dress jackets.

South Lancashire Regiment (Prince of Wales's Volunteers) Officers Bullion Collar Badge

Has some wear to it and a bit of damage to top left of tallest plume, but a well made padded item with a combination of sequins and bullion wire. Really would have been a bobby dazzler in its day. Blue cloth ground behind the 'ich dien' is evident but also now a bit grubby. This looks like an early one. The pattern for this was sealed in 1881.

Issued in 1882, the white horse facing left over a brass scroll Invicta, replacing the dragon collar badge and then being replaced once again by the dragon collar badge in 1894. Two original lugs to the reverse. In good condition but with some wear to the lugs. A confusing and unexpected change in regimental motif. Scarce.
