Die struck with riveted central wheel which turns freely. Two of two original horizontal lugs diagonally placed. In very good condition. Gilt brass. Circa 5cms tall.
Charlton claims a turning wheel was officer issue. It is gilt also.

Formed in April 1918 to perform garrison duty in Canada, the thirteen battalions of the Canadian Garrison Regiment absorbed the Special
