A senior police officers button hallmarked silver Birmingham, date letter S (1967) and maker marked Firmin London as well as F&S. Fixed shank. Circa 26mm in diameter. In lovely condition. Unusual to find a hallmarked silver button. On May 26, 1966, Guyana gained independence from Great Britain. Formerly known as British Guiana and located in Central South America.
