Removed from uniform, a set of insignia from a senior NCO of the regiment. Name unknown. Devon Territorials - Woven Red on Yellow Felt Cloth Shoulder Title
Hessian backed in excellent condition. Some tape to reverse. Worn in the 1960s.
Newfoundland Embroidered Red on Khaki Felt Cloth Shoulder Title
Hessian backed but with white paper stuck to most of reverse. One small moth graze to surface felt the top edge of title above the letter U otherwise in very good condition. Scarce.
This cloth title was re-introduced in 1939. Newfoundland became a self-governing Dominion in 1917 and on the 31st March 1949 became the sixteenth province of Canada.
