Fantastic Original Pre WW1 Postcard of a senior NCO of the East Riding Yeomanry (Lancers)

A simply magnificent Postally unused postcard in very good condition showing the Regimental Sergeant Major ( RSM )wearing the Fox in full cry cap badge on peaked cap, four chevrons and King's crown above, plus a row of medal ribbons, suggesting prior regular army service. Formed circa 1903, this dates the photo to before WW1 and for those this the know unit, this Mister with his waxed white moustache, must be identifiable. Any information welcome.
