WW1 Matched Pair of Brass Pioneer Battalion Collar Badges

A good matched pair, but some misshaping from service wear. Each has its original 4 lugs to each. Slight fracture in one collar where the sling meets the pickaxe shaft, more noticeable from the reverse, otherwise in good condition. Worn by a number of territorial and service battalion formations during WW1, such as the 18th and 19th Northumberland Fusiliers to mention just two.
