Prince of Wales Leinster Regiment ( 100th & 109th Foot) WW1 Issue Bi Metal Cap Badge - Slider with sweat holes

Made from bi-metal and in good condition with original slider to the reverse and five sweat / brazing holes to the reverse. This is the variety with straight scrolls and a broader coronet. Circa 4.2cm tall. In very good condition with sharp detail. Gaylor claims there was also an all brass economy version. The regiment was disbanded in 1922.
