The Black Watch (Royal Highlanders) (42nd & 73rd Foot) - King's Crown Lacessit Spelling

A very nice crisp die struck Imperial King's crown cap badge with sharp detail and two original lugs to the reverse. This version with the motto spelling "Lacessit" as opposed to the alternative version found "Lacesset". As is the case with all Black Watch badges there appears to be an inability to settle on the correct spelling of this word in the motto. As worn 1902 - 1936. In very good condition.
