Irish Guards Pipers White Metal Caubeen Badge Star

A large white metal die struck star of the Order of St Patrick with two original loops to the reverse as worn by the Irish Pipers of the Irish Guards, Household Division. In very good condition with sharp detail. Looks post WW2 in style of manufacture: nickel /gilt finish.
