Rare 3rd Kings Own Hussars Rearing Horse White Metal Facing Pair Collar Badges

A facing pair of die struck white metal cap badges with two original dark toned loops to the reverse of each. Line cavalry collar badges approved in 1898 - 1899. This design not popular and quickly replaced by the running long horse variety. Not clear if ever issued for other ranks. Facing but not matching.
