WW1 London Volunteer League of the British Empire White Metal Lapel Button Hole Badge

A small white metal badge with lapel button, circa 26mm tall and maker marked M Lewis & Co, New Bond Street London. It also has a small suspension ring to the reverse of the crown.

The league was short-lived. I have also seen it described as the Victory League.
