WW2 Royal Air Force Wings Sweetheart Pin Brooch Hallmarked Gold

Bearing three very small hallmarks to reverse, a rose for Sheffield Assay office, A crown for gold and maker mark NC (Nathaniel Creswick of Sheffield - thank you to Simon for confirming). Pin original and in good condition with safety lock. Circa 5.8cms wide. In very good condition. My only observation is the king's crown could have been slightly better proportioned and cast otherwise a fine piece.
