WW1 Manchester Regiment Matched Pair of Officers OSD Bronze Collar Badges

A superb finely die cast matched pair in terms of die, colour (slightly polished) and positioning of loops. As worn from 1902 - 1922. This version is finely voided, has six sails on the sailing ship and the very thin bar on either side of the globe rests on the heads of the supporting animals. There are a number of other patterns known but they all basically comprise the arms of the City of Manchester with scroll 'Manchester' below.
