RGR (Royal Garrison Regiment) Brass Shoulder Title

Rare brass RGR title, worn 1901 - 1908. Two original hexagonal loops, some service wear and a crack in the top strut between the 'G' and final 'R'.

The Royal Garrison Regiment was an Infantry Regiment formed to send older soldiers to relieve regular battalions in overseas garrisons in such places at Malta, Gibraltar and Canada
