WW1 New Zealand - Returned Soldiers Silver Lapel Pin Badge Brooch - Attributed with Papers

In very good condition, stamped silver, with original and fully functional pin fittings and the recipient's army service number stamped to the front "65975". There is also a brass loop for the attachment of a safety chain.

The item is attributed to Sergeant Albert David Hallamore, 1st Battalion The Otago Regiment, who embarked from NZ for Scotland in 1917, served in France from September 1918 and was discharged in October 1919. He was resident of Raglan in New Zealand. Two folded pages of supporting paperwork to be provided (one has been blanked out with a yellow sticky pad. This cannot be removed as it is a photocopy and I do not know what has been covered up but I understand these records can be accessed on-line. Scarce.
