The Royal Scots Other Ranks Bi-Metal Pagri Badge - Slider

A scarce badge, with original slider, not as long as that encountered on pre 1906 examples, so probably WW1 vintage. Condition is not great as slider has been bent back to make a hook, no doubt to facilitate a firmer grip of the pagri cloth, and this manipulation has distorted the central device which has popped off a bit on the left side of the circlet from the white metal star, not discernable from the front and top tip of star ray has been bent back slightly. Some stains to front. Still a scarce badge, sold as seen and condition reflected in price. Sold as seen.
