WW2 Tug of War Sports Bronze Medallion - Italian Campaign 1945

Circa 26mm in diameter with a suspension ring to top. Obvers the figure of Victory with two laurel wreaths and a picture of a tug of war in progress to her front, nicely sculptured image in relief. To reverse neatly engraved:

"60 SVB Area / Athletic / Championships / Genoa Italy / 1945 / Tug of War / 1st Place"

In very good condition. Extremely stylized "S"'s throughout. Not been able to ascertain what 60 SVB Area stands for - any information welcome.
