Portrait photo of a smart looking Bobby! Mounted on card. No clue as to the name of the individual other than potentially his service number on his collar 1113. The helmet plate appears to be the pattern worn by Leeds City Police. Image could be sharper, but clear enough to determine the relevant police force. Looks to be 1920s/1930s vintage.
