From what I can determine this is unique to 48320 Pte Willie Adsetts who was Killed on 28th March 1918 withe the 2nd Battalion, The Lancashire Fusiliers, aged 19. From Huddersfield. Copy of CWGC certificate to be provided with the booklet. In good condition for age.
