The Royal Scots White Metal Shoulder Title - Pipers / Volunteers?

The pre 1921 pattern, either a piper's white metal title or part of a stand-alone base part of a Volunteer Battalion title, with two original dark toned loops to the reverse. In very good condition and scarce. Circa 5.3cms wide and 1.2cms tall.

Westlake No 717 refers (but in white metal).
