Leicestershire Regiment Pair of OSD Bronze Collar Badges - Polished for wear on KD

A matched and facing pair with two original fixing loops to the reverse of each. This is the pattern with the void between the wreath and the scroll. Fronts polished back to a gilding metal look as noted by Churchill (p88) for wear on the Khaki Drill. Slight touch of verdigris to scrolls otherwise In good condition. Sealed 1903 and worn until Royal status granted in 1946.
