A.A.S standing for Anti - Aircraft Section of Royal Garrison Artillery ( RGA), worn by these units during the First World War. It has seen some wear and is a little bent, otherwise in good condition and scarce. Not listed in Westlake and also not to be confused with the Army Apprentice School, who wore a title with their name spelt out in full.
