Die struck brass with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 39mm in diameter. Dark toned brass but with sharp detail. In very good condition.
Provided many of the reinforcements for Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI).

Acta non Verba scroll variant (motto translates as 'Deeds not Words'). Seems to be harder to find than the version with "Toronto Americans" on the scroll.

Die struck browning copper cap badge with all original horizontal pointed split-tangs intact and in good order and maker marked O.B. Allan. In superb condition. Note the coat of arms motif which appears in the centre of the badge is the design there can be found the university crests of the 4 universities in western Canada at the time.
