Volunteer Aid Detachments working in Royal Naval Hospitals Embroidered Red on Black Cloth Arm Badge
A scarce cloth embroidered in red RNH with a red anchor on a black background, as worn by VAD detachments serving in Royal Naval Hospitals. A circular badge, circa 5.8cm in diameter. This pattern was worn in WW1 and WW2 only. Looking at the construction this I would say it was of WW2 vintage. In very good condition and scarce.
