A very scarce Great War period Channel Islands sweetheart brooch; brass strung bugle-horn above a blue enamel 'Royal Guernsey' title scroll, mounted on a mother of pearl disc, enclosed by 'Silver Rim'. An attractive oval badge of gilt, silver plate and enamel with no damage to enamel. Some wear to silver plate on the front edges, with the underlying brass showing through but this is minor and actually is me being very picky. Circa 3.4cms wide. In good condition overall.

London Electrical Engineers Hallmarked Silver and Enamel Sweetheart Brooch

In superb condition with original and functional pin fittings with no damage to the enamel (white is flash from my camera). Birmingham Assay date letter 'P' for 1914. Maker marked, hard to read but apparently it is Denton and Down Birmingham silver smiths, thanks to Ron for confirming. Rare.

WW2 RAF 66th Fighter Squadron Lapel Badge - Spitfires

66 Squadron Royal Air Force was equipped with Spitfires. Made by H.W MILLER LTD, nice period badge. Circa 34mm tall.
