WW2 1st Pattern Northern Command Printed Formation Sign
A green apple on a dark blue diamond. Removed from uniform and good condition with some wear to either to the points. Quite a hard one to come by.

In unissued condition but a sticky label identifying the unit is on the reverse, easily removed.

Embroidered in silk threads, a tree with green foliage and brown branches and trunk, edged white on a black square sewn with white tread to its original Khaki Drill Epaulette Slip-on. In good overall condition.

WW2 1st Netherlands Division (Expeditionary Force) Printed Formation Sign
Printed example, slight edge wear with a tape strip to reverse otherwise in good condition. Worn after Liberation of Holland in May 1945 by those who volunteered for service against the Japanese in the Dutch East Indies.
The letters 'E' and 'M' stand for 'Expeditionair Macht' (Expeditionary Force).

Removed from uniform, a 2nd pattern black and yellow printed cloth formation sign. On the reorganisation of Eastern Command in 1944, this badge was adopted from the old Essex and Suffolk District badge. Top edge with some fraying otherwise in good condition.
