Scarce Victorian / Edwardian 12th Royal Lancers Other Ranks Cap Badge, 1898 - 1903

Three original dark toned lugs and central expansion hole behind crown. Worn from 1898 to 1903 from when the regiment adopted cross lances as their main motif. No damage to applied coronet which is something to watch out for on this pattern. In very good condition.

A die cast officer's bronze cap badge with two original blades to the reverse. A little crude and some age to it but in good overall condition. This was the final pattern badge.

The Royal Fusiliers Regiment (City of London Regiment) (7th Foot) - Small Pattern Other Ranks Brass Cap Badge

A Victorian issue cap / collar badge with two original long dark toned loops to the reverse. Churchill confirms that this small pattern badge, which was also worn as a collar, was latterly fitted with a slider for wear on the Brodrick Cap 1898-1905 (p42 of the "History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge" refers). In good condition.
