Made from unmarked nickel silver with a black / darkened oxidised finish. With original and functional pin fitting. The design consists of the Royal Crest (QEII crown) superimposed on crossed swords in the centre, around which is inscribed ‘Army Trained Nurse’, followed by a Wreath of laurel round the edge of the badge. Canada - Toronto Public School Cadets Brass Cap Badge

A rare pre WW1 Toronto Public School Cadet Corps gilt brass glengarry cap badge, circa 5.5cm tall. This is the second type with the tree and beaver to the centre (the first type carried the portrait head of Queen Victoria to the centre). Two original loops to the reverse. East Africa - Tanganyika Territory Officer's Pagri / Sun Helmet Badge - Firmin

A good post 1911 British made die-cast rich gilt “TANGANYIKA TERRITORY” circlet with giraffe’s head to voided centre. Firmin, London on its original slider. Some minor wear but most of the markings on the giraffe's next still sharp. A couple of obvious die flaws otherwise a pleasing example.
