A good scarce silver plated cast example. Within a crowned oak wreath, a Maltese cross with ball finials to the tips and lions between the angles. The the centre, within a circlet "Gurkhas", "9" on a seeded ground. Four screw posts to the reverse, complete with backing plate, but with only one original fastening nut remaining. A magnificent Officers shoulder belt plate and pouch with king's crown badge to pouch, indicating the period 1902 - 1908. Tan leather with gilt fittings, in near mint condition.
