A scarce original First World War period 'British Red Cross Society City of Glasgow cap badge'; gilt brass and enamel example the reverse complete with original two original loops. Miniature versions of the glengarry badge, this unit wore collar badges of a small size from 1904 until 1908 only. Die struck in white metal with two original loops to the reverse (some service wear to these). Not an exact match but display reasonably well together. Circa 26mm tall. Rare.

This is an original Victorian blackened metal shoulder belt plate. It consists of the arms of Cambridge University with entwined initials CURV as a monogram at the top. The rear has its original 2 screw posts. In very good condition with sharp detail and no damage.
