The Royal Fusiliers Regiment (City of London Regiment) (7th Foot) - Small Pattern Other Ranks Brass Cap Badge

A Victorian issue cap / collar badge with two original brass toned loops to the reverse. Churchill confirms that this small pattern badge, which was also worn as a collar, was latterly fitted with a slider for wear on the Brodrick Cap 1898-1905 (p42 of the "History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge" refers). Some polishing to highpoints otherwise in good condition.

No. 106 Squadron RAF was a Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force squadron active from 1917 until 1919, throughout World War II and during the Cold War from 1959 until 1963.
