In very good condition with little polishing to highpoints. Circa 3.2cm tall. Churchill confirms this pattern was also worn in the officer's forage cap in silver.

South Lancashire Regiment (Prince of Wales's Volunteers) Officers Bullion Collar Badge
Has some wear to it and a bit of damage to top left of tallest plume, but a well made padded item with a combination of sequins and bullion wire. Really would have been a bobby dazzler in its day. Blue cloth ground behind the 'ich dien' is evident but also now a bit grubby. This looks like an early one. The pattern for this was sealed in 1881.
