Seaforth & Camerons (Highlanders) Gilt Pipe Major's Badge
I have not encountered one in a gilt finish before, usually they are white metal or silver anodised. Also on a non tartan cut out black felt backing. Maker's details embossed to reverse JR Gaunt London. Any information welcome. Two original loops to the reverse. In very good condition.

WW2 Kenyan Defence Force (KDF) Cast Brass Cap Badge - Maker Marked
Cap badge, cast brass with original slider which has been maker marked Wali Mohd & Co, Nairobi ( Kenya), who were responsible for the production of a whole series of sand cast badges during WW2 for local African units. Worn 1939 - 1945. A small casting flaw on the tablet which has obscured the F in KDF otherwise in good condition.
