Print size circa 27.3cm (10 3/4 inches) tall by 20.5cm (8 1/6 inches) wide. Mount size circa 35.5cm by27cm (14 by 10.5 inches). Some light foxing to reverse of print otherwise front and mount in very good condition.

In Memoriam Printed Card for the Loss of the British Airship R101 - includes Roll of Honour
The R101 airship crashed in France during its maiden overseas voyage on 5 October 1930, killing 48 of the 54 people on board. Curiously, the memoriam card states only 47 killed, including crew and passengers. The killed included Lord Thomson, Air Minister and Sir Sefton Brancker, Air Vice Marshal of the RAF. Postally unused, Worcester photographer, clear image of cap badges, private on right appears to be sporting a rectangular flash, the one on left, possibly a circular one, but less obvious. Slight light crease in centre of space above heads and slight corner edge wear otherwise in very good condition.
