"Gloster" was adopted for 1937 pattern Battle Dress, changing to ‘GLOUCESTERSHIRE’ after the war. Paste back variety, with much glue and gunk stuck to reverse but displays well from the front.

WW2 'A and SH' (Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders) Embroidered White on Red Felt Cloth Shoulder Title
In very good condition, white mesh hessian backed. Some glue and paper traces to reverse. This is the scarcer pattern with "and" in place of "&". Pre 1943 and most probably an officer's issue given its obvious quality and the existence of the economy printed version.
