A flat backed example with two original silvered loops to the reverse. Circa 33mm tall and 38mm wide. This has been neatly theatre cast from a hallmarked silver version. Cox confirms that the ten regiments of South African Horse wore two different titles, one in English and the other in Afrikaans. This is the English version and would have been worn on the right shoulder; the corresponding 10/ZAH being worn on the left shoulder.
