5th RGR Royal Gurkha Rifles (Frontier Force) All Ranks Blackened Brass Shoulder Title
As worn by all ranks of the Regiment between 1924 and 1950. One of a number of patterns, this one matching 5GR F17G (see below). Circa 23mm tall and 21mm wide. Two original loops. Some service wear to black finish otherwise in good condition.

Coldstream Guards Officer's Silver Plated and Enamel Pouch Badge
A fine example with two original screw posts to the reverse (retaining nuts no longer present). A different pattern to the large pattern forage cap star, note the shape of the rays (see final photo for a comparison with the large pattern cap star listed elsewhere on this site for sale). Circa 6.9cms tall and 4.7cms across. In very good condition and scarce.

A large three part construction cap star, die cast and maker marked JRG (JR Gaunt) with Birmingham assay silver hallmarks for 1970 (date letter V) with enamel to strap and centre cross in very good condition. Two original long silvered loops to reverse. Silver finish dark toned, slight service wear. An example with a bit of age to it (now over 50 years!). Circa 5.4cms tall.

A good die-stamped white metal crowned strung bugle. Totally original period piece worn circa 1874-81. In fabulous condition. Circa 6.5cms tall. Two original brass loops to the reverse.
Raised 1793 at Armagh, re-designated Light Infantry in 1855, became 3rd Bn. Royal Irish Fusiliers in 1881.

A die struck blackened brass example, with three original screwposts and retaining its original nuts with washers to reverse (one nut with damage but still functional). Some slight wear to black finish on the highpoints of the "Wee Jimmy" otherwise in very good condition and rare. Worn 1860 - 1884. Circa 7.1cms tall and 7cms wide.

Corps of Royal Engineers Officer's Large Pattern Gilt Tunic Button - QVC Victorian Crown
C24mm in diameter, fixed shank and maker marked Firmin & Sons, 153 Strand & 13 Conduit Street London. Gilt bright, in superb condition. QVC crown and VR monogram to centre of garter strap. This pattern from 1855 - 1902.
This style of maker naming used between 1856 - 1860 only making this a scrace button.
