In good condition with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 45mm tall. Minor service wear to the tip of the maple leaf and the numeral 6. worn in two sizes, this is the larger pattern. Raised in the Province of Nova Scotia and perpetuated by the 8th Canadian Hussars. Served on the Western Front.

Impossible to date to either WW1 or WW2 as the raised foot of the lion was used on badges of the Tyneside Scottish in both of these wars.
