WW2 Air Transport Auxiliary (ATA) Sterling Silver and Enamel Wings
A small sterling silver gilt and enamel wings brooch with original locking pin fitting and a " Sterling " stamp to the reverse. The " ATA" monogram on an oval ground of blue enamel flanked by a pair of finely detailed wings. Circa 3cm wingspan. Rare and not encountered as often as the more familiar WWII RAF "Transport Command" and "Ferry Command" lapel badges.

A large cast white metal badge with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 6.5cm tall. The Wellesley crest but with a Cross of St Andrew rather than St George on the flag. Probably band related. Discounted so far as being New Zealand Wellesley Rifles (thanks to James). Possibly band related.
