WW1 Lord Roberts "A Silent Tribute" Memorial Works Medal
In memory of Lord Roberts who died in 1916, a small two part constructed tin medal on original ribbon (damaged and just hanging on). The observe with a portrait of Lord Roberts and the reverse with "A Silent Tribute" to centre and the edge states "Made in the Lord Roberts Memorial Workshops, B'Ham"(Birmingham). 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles (The Sirmoor Rifles) Large Pattern Button
Circa 26mm in diameter, black composition button, fixed shank. It has the design of the King’s cypher ERI beneath an imperial crown with crossed kukris beneath. There is no back mark. In very good condition. Worn by all ranks circa 1972 until June 1994.

In very good condition with original slider with crimp mark. An early example, thickly die struck and of some quality. This pattern as worn from 1911 - 1992, with a scarlet cloth backing. Circa 38mm tall and 39mm wide.

A closely matching pair (one a bit grubby to reverse), with two original loops to the reverse of each. Of two part construction with a glit crown over a gilt shield with a silver plated overlay of the Arms of Guildford all mounted on a silver plated star. In very good overall condition. As worn from 1903 until 1954.
