An original and attractive Edwardian pre WW1 coloured print of the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) Artillery Company and colour party of the Infantry Battalion. Print size circa 27.3cm (10 3/4 inches) tall by 20.5cm (8 1/6 inches) wide. Mount size circa 35.5cm by27cm (14 by 10.5 inches). Some light foxing to reverse of print otherwise front and mount in very good condition.

In Memoriam Printed Card for the Loss of the British Airship R101 - includes Roll of Honour
The R101 airship crashed in France during its maiden overseas voyage on 5 October 1930, killing 48 of the 54 people on board. Curiously, the memoriam card states only 47 killed, including crew and passengers. The killed included Lord Thomson, Air Minister and Sir Sefton Brancker, Air Vice Marshal of the RAF. A scarce original WW1 postcard, postally unused. it shows a black and white portrait of an unnamed member of the RND with his Royal Naval Division Cap Tally Hat Band in full naval rig.
