Infantry Boys Battalion Embroidered White on Red Felt Cloth Battledress Shoulder Title
A 1950s shoulder title, removed from uniform. A spurious single black thread stitch below the N in Bn, which is a bit odd but otherwise good bright condition. Worn 1952 - 1957 only, following which they became the Junior Leaders Battalion. Scarce.

Sewn to a thin khaki coloured material, looks like a shirt / blouse fabric. Appears to have been made by the same manufacturer of Royal Marine Cash style shoulder titles. The title (excluding the cloth backing) is 6.5cm by 1.2cm. Not often encountered. Timber Corps items are scarce in any event.
